Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and emas44 ("emas44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services, games, and features available at https://emas44.asia. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
Section 1
Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Account" means the individual registered member account held by a Player on the emas44 platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
- "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit award credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods and not subject to wagering conditions.
- "Services" means all gaming products, sportsbook markets, promotional programmes, loyalty schemes, and support services offered by emas44.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Balance before it may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
- "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of all emas44 Accounts.
Section 2
Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with emas44. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
- Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual, regardless of the email address or payment method used, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. emas44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill addressed to your registered address.
- emas44 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legality of accessing emas44 services from your location.
- emas44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.
Section 3
Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. emas44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
- You must notify emas44 immediately via in-account live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
- emas44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions, including but not limited to sharing login credentials with third parties.
- You agree that your Account is for your personal use only. Using your Account to place wagers on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to place wagers using your Account, is prohibited.
- Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details, including email address and Malaysian mobile number, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
- emas44 accepts deposits in MYR via approved Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to periodic revision.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. emas44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Prior to processing any withdrawal, emas44 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
- emas44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any Account suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- All transactions are processed in MYR. emas44 bears no responsibility for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers where applicable.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
- All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions.
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- emas44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account, except where fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Bonus Balance is used after Real Money Balance is exhausted. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance wagers are credited to Bonus Balance until the applicable Wagering Requirement is satisfied, at which point the balance converts to Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable.
- emas44 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts or the exploitation of promotional terms.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules
- All games available on emas44 are operated subject to the specific rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.
- Live casino game results are determined by certified dealers and independently audited equipment. Slot and RNG game results are determined by certified random number generators. emas44 shall not be liable for any technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, provided that the relevant studio provider's records are used to determine the outcome.
- Sportsbook bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided by emas44 at its discretion, with the stake returned to the Player's Account.
- emas44 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a technical error, system fault, or human error has materially affected the integrity of the outcome.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over emas44.
- Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
- Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of emas44 Services for any illegal purpose under Malaysian law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Accessing emas44 Services using VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
- Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits. Any Player initiating an unwarranted chargeback will have their Account permanently closed and the disputed amount deducted from any outstanding balance.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
- All content on the emas44 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of emas44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the emas44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
- Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of emas44 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
- emas44 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, emas44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.
- emas44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: (a) the use or inability to use the Services; (b) any technical interruption or data loss; (c) unauthorised Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security measures.
- Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit emas44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- emas44's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
⚠ 21+ Only. Gambling involves financial risk. emas44 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account dashboard.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased until a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed.
- Players may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion, both of which are actioned within 24 hours of request and applied across all emas44 products simultaneously.
- emas44 will honour self-exclusion requests and will not market to self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.
- Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from recognised support organisations. Details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.
- emas44 complies with responsible gaming requirements mandated by its international gaming authority licence, including staff training, player protection measures, and regular compliance audits.
Section 11
Account Suspension & Termination
- emas44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
- Upon termination for breach, emas44 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, any balance, including Real Money Balance, may be forfeited.
- Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via in-account live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
- emas44 reserves the right to close inactive Accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) after providing 30 days' notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive Account will be held for a further 24 months and returned upon verified request.
Section 12
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emas44 holds its gaming licence.
- In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Player must submit a written complaint via in-account live chat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. emas44 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
- Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism designated by emas44's licencing authority. Details of this mechanism are available on request from the support team.
Section 13
Amendments to These Terms
- emas44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the emas44 platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
- Your continued use of the emas44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Remaining Real Money Balance will be returned in accordance with Section 11.
